Halyards must be tied to prevent slapping, or the yard will do it at our hourly rate, and bill owner. Covers must not be tied to poppets or blocking!! Yachts requesting haul out after November 30 will be charged an additional $50. Dry storage rates for yachts not launched prior to July 1, 2009, will be billed as follows: $7.50 per foot per month for the first 6 months $10.00 per foot per month for the second 6 mos $15 per foot per month after one year Yachts holding up other boats at launch time may be painted and launched by the yard, or moved at the discretion of the yard, and the owner charged at $75 per hour.
